1. GENERAL These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of this website and all transactions, sales, supplies, and services provided by AL AMERAT TRADING AND TECHNICAL SUPPLIES LLC (hereinafter referred to as “ATTSCO”, “Company”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order with ATTSCO, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

 

2. STATUS OF COMPANY ATTSCO is an independent trading company duly incorporated under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Unless expressly stated in writing, ATTSCO is not an authorized dealer, distributor, franchisee, or representative of any manufacturer or brand displayed on this website. All trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand references remain the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes without implying endorsement or affiliation.

 

3. QUOTATIONS AND PRICING All quotations issued by ATTSCO are valid only for the period stated therein and are subject to stock availability and prior sale. Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, freight, insurance, or other applicable charges unless otherwise stated in writing. ATTSCO reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors without liability.

 

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE Orders shall only be deemed accepted upon written confirmation or issuance of a tax invoice by ATTSCO. ATTSCO reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms stated in the invoice. Ownership of goods shall remain with ATTSCO until full payment has been received. In case of delayed payment, ATTSCO reserves the right to suspend delivery and pursue legal remedies available under Omani law.

 

6. DELIVERY AND RISK Delivery timelines are estimates only and shall not constitute a binding obligation. Risk of loss or damage shall pass to the customer upon delivery at the agreed location or handover to a carrier.

 

7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS Returns shall only be accepted upon prior written approval. Customized goods, special-order items, chemicals, safety equipment, and used or installed products are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to restocking charges.

 

8. WARRANTY Products are supplied subject to manufacturer warranties, if any. ATTSCO does not provide independent warranties unless expressly agreed in writing. Except as required by law, goods are supplied on an “as is” basis without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATTSCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profit, business interruption, or production loss. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the specific goods supplied.

 

10. FORCE MAJEURE ATTSCO shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, strikes, port closures, or supply chain disruptions.

 

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman
